My Process

The process is rather simple but my website design provider cannot reflect that. Until I can make these changes I will try to make this as simple as possible. I apologize in advance for any confusion.

Step 1: Go to the shop and find the ornament you wish to have. Ornaments come adorned on both sides. Currently you can choose only one side at a time. Add both of your sides to the bag.

Step 2: Choose if you want to add the finishing touches (twine border and bow) or leave with only the twine hanger. After your order is placed I will contact you for colors and if you want to add any text or change any text showing.

Step 3: Check out. Do not worry about the pricing at this point. The provider will send me an email with your order and I process it manually. All adjustments will be made. Enter a discount code if you have one.

Step 4: I will contact you to confirm your order details. I will send you an invoice you can then pay online via my Quickbooks Accountant merchant and Pro Advisor account which will show Hard Hat Accounting, LLC, my accounting firm.

Step 5: After the ornament is completed I send you digital photos and then they are shipped via USPS.
